We're offering contactless (and hopefully curbside) pickup. Now you can get what you need, quickly and safely. Please read the information below about pickup options and our booth at the Rockford City Market.
Selecting Pickup
To select pickup at checkout, it is necessary to enter a shipping address even though your order will not be shipped, as that is how the system is set up. Please do not be discouraged by the shipping address step.
Once a shipping address is entered, the options listed below will be available. To pick up at the City Market, click that option. If you would like to curbside pick up your order from our office/house at another time, select that option. (We prefer you pick up at the market, but are willing to accommodate other options). Curbside pickup at another location MUST be arranged via email or phone.
Payment options
If you'd like to pick up items, you can simply buy and pay through our online store. Due to regulations from the Winnebago County Health Department, all orders being picked up at the City Market (info below) MUST be pre-paid as no payments for non-food items will be accepted at the market. (policy subject to change)
We also offer gift cards to give to friends and family members which can be used on our online store, or in-person if regulations are updated during the course of the market.
Pickup Information
For the Rockford City Market, all orders being picked up at the market must be pre-paid. Please have the order email, a photo ID, or the credit card used to purchase available to confirm it is you. If a friend or family member is picking up your order, please send us an email with that information.
If you would prefer to curbside pickup your order at the City Market, please call us at 815.214.9701 when you arrive. The same ID requirements apply.
It is not clear where a curbside pickup location will be at the market. We will update you with more curbside pickup information when available.
